Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I went to this location based on the Google reviews, and I will say they didn't disappoint me! They did a great job on my tires and alignment. I had an issue with something, and the manager was professional and understanding. I would recommend visiting this location. I would also expect that your car may not be started right when you arrive and it may take longer than the estimated pickup, but, for me, I don't think that's unreasonable for a mechanic; I just made sure to call before I went to pick up my car.

Antonio was amazing. He listened to my concerns and complaints regarding another PepBoys I was at that was mistreating the situation with my van. I had my van towed a 2nd time for Antonio and his crew to take care of my van. He handled the repair quickly and dealt appropriately with Car shield on my behalf and saved me hundreds of dollars out of pocket compared to the other location. He truly knows what customer service is about and he takes care of his customers. Antonio has a permanent customer in me as long as I live in Florida. Idk that it’s a longer drive I will take all my vehicles to him in the future. Thank you Antonio and Scott, Scott got me in contact with Antonio. Scott is amazing as well at taking care of his customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I had a 9:00 AM appointment for a simple oil change. Despite arriving on time, my vehicle wasn't taken into the service bay until around 9:20 AM, and the oil change itself took over an hour and a half to complete. The service advisor was unfriendly from the start and made the entire experience unpleasant. When my vehicle was finished, he didn't even hand me my receipt—he simply left it on the corner of the desk. As I walked away, he casually said, "Oh, you forgot your receipt." That level of customer service is unacceptable. While I was waiting, I also overheard multiple customers calling with complaints, including one threatening legal action. That certainly didn't inspire confidence. If you're looking for efficient service and professional customer care, I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. This location has a lot of room for improvement.

OH MY GOSH. I had the best experience at this location. When I walked in David was handling 10 customers at once and everytime new one came in he said :I'll be right woth you". He was the only one here and was so respectful to all the customers. And took care of everyone in a timely manner. Especially for being the only one here. When nate arrived he jumped right in and gave the best customer service as well. When dealing with car repairs it's annoying But these 2 men made it as painless as possible. I will be back to this location in the future.

I had such a great experience at Pep Boys thanks to David and Antonio. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and their customer service truly stood out. Antonio even went out of his way to help take out our kids’ car seats, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference for us. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care and go the extra mile like that. Highly recommend this location if you want honest, friendly, and fast service. Thank you again, David and Antonio!
